We will seek to create solutions which do not result in dependence.  Therefore we will:

• Provide training and documentation for the solutions we recommend, and do so in an open, unencumbered manner and under a free content license wherever possible.
• Recommend Free Software (including software compliant with the Open Source Definition, and licensed under an approved license of the Open Source Initiative) wherever it is feasible to do so, so that our clients are not locked into using our services.
• Not recommend products or services with which we are not personally familiar.

We subscribe to the Upstarta principles for doing business. This means that:

• We're not going to gouge you for the maximum profit possible - we're seeking a sustainable, mutually beneficial, business relationship.
