- Refer you to a trusted industry peer if we are not the best people to help you.
- Err on the side of under-promising and over-delivering.
We will seek to create solutions which do not result in dependence. Therefore we will:
- Provide training and documentation for the solutions we recommend, and do so in an open, unencumbered manner and under a free content license wherever possible.
- Recommend Free Software (including software compliant with the Open Source Definition, and licensed under an approved license of the Open Source Initiative) wherever it is feasible to do so, so that our clients are not locked into using our services.
- Not recommend products or services with which we are not personally familiar.
We belong to Upstarta, and subscribe to their principles for doing business. This means that:
- We're not going to gouge you for the maximum profit possible - we're seeking a sustainable, mutually beneficial, business relationship.
- We're not trying to compete with anyone else - we're happy to work together with whomever our clients decide are the right persons for the job.
